If within a week you lost 7 kg or more, take a break in a diet for two days. You can continue it at any time. But do not eat soup out of the diet.
You can use diet as often as you like. If you broke it, start again from day one.
Soup for weight loss.
6 medium onions, a few tomato (can be canned), 1 small head of cabbage, 2 green peppers, 1 bunch celery, 1 cube of vegetable broth.
Cut vegetables into small and medium-sized pieces and cover with water. Season with salt, pepper and optional curry. Boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then take a small fire and continue to cook until vegetables are tender.
Soup does not add calories, so you can eat it as much as you want. But we should not eat only this soup. Ration must be replenished by other components.
The first day. Eat soup and any fruit except bananas. Drink tea or coffee without sugar and milk, cranberry juice and water.
Second day. Eat soup, as well as raw, fresh or canned vegetables and herbs. Exclude only dried beans, peas and corn. During lunch you can eat a baked potato with butter. Do not eat the fruit. Drink only water.
Third day. Eat soup, fruit and vegetables (excluding baked potatoes, beans and bananas), drink water. In three days you have to lose 2 to 3 kg.
Fourth day. Eat soup, fruit and vegetables, including bananas (not more than 3 pieces), drink skim milk and water.
Fifth day. Eat soup, beef (300-600 grams a day) and tomatoes (fresh or canned). Drink 6-8 glasses of water.
Sixth day. Eat beef, vegetables (especially leafy) and soup. Drink water. Do not eat a baked potato.
Seventh day. Eat brown rice, not sweetened with fruit juice, vegetables and soup. Can add to the soup or vegetables any spice. Drink only water.
By the end of the seventh day, if you comply strictly with the diet, you will lose 5 to 9 kg.
During the unloading of the week do not eat bread, alcohol, carbonated (fizzy) drinks. Nothing fry.
Follow these rules:
- do not depart from the menu, do not add any other products;
- Weigh yourself every morning;
- eat soup every time you are just starting to experience hunger;
- Be careful with the oil, allowed to eat it once a week with a baked potato;
- carefully remove the meat from the fat.
If you will be very strictly observed weekly diet – the result will make you happy, do not hesitate.
